This 6-week program consists of workouts created to help you gain lean muscle and shred some body fat! We may be nearing the end of “bikini season,” but being strong, healthy, and fit is part of the season called life!
Includes 5 workouts a week, for 6 weeks, for a total of 30 workouts.
