The style of these workouts and their formatting (every workout is 4 rounds of a circuit) were made to give you a highly efficient program to prepare you for summer! Finish your workouts within 45 minutes keeping your cardiovascular intensity up while working your muscles using both free weights and bodyweight exercises. The fast pace of the workouts, and the always changing, never-the-same exercises in every workout, is sure to keep you on your toes and help prevent you from getting bored while completing this program. Take full advantage of the fact that 2 out of 5 workouts a week can be done at home without needing any equipment at all!
