Every workout in this program is different. With 6 workouts a week, alternating between home and gym workouts using only resistance bands and dumbbells at home, and free weights, a cable machine, and resistance bands for workouts completed in the gym. The workouts change in style every week with lifts, circuits, and HIIT workouts both in the gym and at home.
The style of these workouts and their formatting allow for you to complete each workout in just 30-45 minutes, making it easier for you to get your workout in each day, no excuses. Whether you complete the workout at home or have time to get to the gym, you can trust that your workout will be effective, efficient, and ever-changing so you won’t get bored of your exercises!
