Working out and getting moving doesn't have to be complicated! In fact, with this program it can be done in just 30-45, at home or at the gym, with weights or without.

This program offers a variety of styles and tempos, and is easily adaptable for all ability levels. Every workout was also created with the idea that you can take one of two approaches: a cardio or strength-training focus.

Go into this fall leading up to the holidays establishing a fun, active routine for yourself that makes working out seem a little less complicated than many make it out to be.

8 weeks with 4 workouts a week and an optional 5th workout to push yourself!

Summer Circuits

Summer can bring on fear and stress when it comes to feeling "ready" in our physical bodies. My desire is for you to be focused on making your memories and enjoying living your life every day, without any stress or worry brought on by insecurities or negative self talk when it comes to your physical body. My desire for every woman who participates in this program is to be able to step into this upcoming summer ready to embrace every opportunity, every vacation, every pool day, every celebration, and every opportunity to put on a cute little summer dress or their favorite swimsuit and walk confidently with their head held high and able to

SOAK IT ALL IN.

The style of these workouts and their formatting (every workout is 4 rounds of a circuit) were made to give you a highly efficient program to prepare you for summer! Finish your workouts within 45 minutes keeping your cardiovascular intensity up while working your muscles using both free weights and bodyweight exercises. The fast pace of the workouts, and the always changing, never-the-same exercises in every workout, is sure to keep you on your toes and help prevent you from getting bored while completing this program. Take full advantage of the fact that 2 out of 5 workouts a week can be done at home without needing any equipment at all! Summer is just around the corner... let me help you step into this summer with more confidence and love for your body than ever before!

Sweat & Reset

This 8-week program was created to help you kickstart, or revamp, your fitness journey by providing you with either a resource to add to a current gym routine, or to offer structure and guidance if you are setting out on a new lifestyle that includes the gym.

Every workout in this program is different. With 6 workouts a week, alternating between home and gym workouts using only resistance bands and dumbbells at home, and free weights, a cable machine, and resistance bands for workouts completed in the gym. The workouts change in style every week with lifts, circuits, and HIIT workouts both in the gym and at home.

The style of these workouts and their formatting allow for you to complete each workout in just 30-45 minutes, making it easier for you to get your workout in each day, no excuses. Whether you complete the workout at home or have time to get to the gym, you can trust that your workout will be effective, efficient, and ever-changing so you won't get bored of your exercises!

Holiday HIITs

10 week program consisting of quick, efficient workouts that you can do from anywhere! Wherever your busy life may take you, no matter if you have access to a gym or not, this program will be able to help you keep active without being able to make any excuses about getting your workouts in!

B2B Bootcamp Part 1

Whether you are a "Bride-to-Be" preparing for the best day of your life, or a "Better-to-Best" person striving to become the best version of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally that you've ever been, this 3-month program will surely lay the foundation to life-changing results including increased physical strength, more energy, and even a boost in your confidence!

This program is designed to be followed-on with "B2B Bootcamp Part 2" to take you on a 6-month journey of gaining strength & stability muscularly, putting on muscle, and then beginning the process of focusing on increasing cardiovascular training while strength training, producing muscular endurance and helping you "lean out" at the end of the program.

B2B Bootcamp Part 2

Whether you are a "Bride-to-Be," or a "Better-to-Best" person, this 3-month program has been designed to pick-up where "B2B Bootcamp Part 1" left off by beginning with strength training in a way to promote increases in both muscular strength and endurance. The last two months then focus on adding cardio back in via cardio and HIIT workouts to show off all that muscle you hustled for!

This program is designed to be the follow-on of "B2B Bootcamp Part 1" to finish your 6-month journey of either preparing for the most special day of your life as a "Bride-to-Be," YOUR WEDDING DAY. Or, to help you finish creating your "Better-to-Best" self physically, mentally, and emotionally by becoming the healthiest, happiest, and strongest you you have ever been.

BARBELLS & BIKINIS 8-WEEK CHALLENGE

8-weeks and 48 total workouts focused on producing increases in muscular strength and endurance. With this program offering cardio sessions, HIIT workouts, and weightlifting workouts, it will be sure to help you achieve a strong, lean, and healthy body! Perfect for that Spring Break and/or summer prep to spend all the time you want confidently in your favorite swimwear!

48 Days to Strong

Jam packed with workouts geared to produce muscle growth & strength gain in both the upper body and lower body with both weight lifting and cardio workouts. The combination of these types of workouts in one training regimen is sure to produce an increased calorie burn both during your workout and throughout the day, and therefore producing lean muscle. If you want a strong, toned, and healthy physique, you’ve come to the right place!

Bunz & Gunz

Firm up those Bunz & build those Gunz with this 4 week program!

Includes 5 workouts a week, for 4 weeks, for a total of 20 workouts.

Focus: increasing strength & building muscles such as the glutes, quads, hamstrings, biceps, triceps, pecs, and various muscles of the back.

Bunz & Gunz Round 2

Consider this the twin sister to the original "Bunz & Gunz," but on a pretty insane pre-workout! With added days focused on shoulders, cardio or HIIT, and a 6th workout that I've titled a "DAY OF KUDOS TO YOU" for those of you who love getting 6 workouts in a week.

Includes 6 workouts a week, for 4 weeks, for a total of 24 workouts.

Focus: continuing on with progress already made with original "Bunz & Gunz" program, while adding a little extra focus on the upper body with an added shoulder day, and some additional focus on the lower body and cardiovascular endurance with the Cardio/HIIT day options.

HIIT it Hard

Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance while getting a great sweat on with this 8 week HIIT program!

Includes 5 workouts a week, for 8 weeks, for a total of 40 workouts.

Focus: cardiovascular & muscular endurance as well as strength with each workout focusing on targeting either the full body, upper body, or lower body, with abs included in each workout.

Booty Werk

Strong focus on building up the lower body with 2 leg days a week, 1 day of upper body, & 1 day of cardio with ab-work. Supplement with any workouts of your own for workout days 5 &/or 6.

Includes 4 workouts a week, for 6 weeks, for a total of 24 workouts.

Focus: increasing muscle strength and size of the lower body, particularly the glutes, hamstrings, and quads, while also toning & strengthening the upper body.
