Future Programming

I am thrilled to be in the process of creating programs that will be geared specifically towards the exciting seasons of pregnancy & postpartum!

My pregnancy programs will help guide you through each trimester of pregnancy so that you can stay active and strong in preparation for labor & delivery.

My postpartum programs will lead and support you through healing, recovery, and rebuilding your strength after you've been cleared by your medical provider. These programs will take place in 3 parts, much like the 3 trimesters of the pregnancy programs, but will focus on strengthening your postpartum body so that you can be an active and engaged mama to your little one(s)!
